Vittorio Bera

Arcese Pét-Nat 2018

£19.95

Arcese is a joyous jewel of a white sparkling (ancestrale method) natural wine, bursting with freshness, conviviality, and a plethora of subtle territorial nuances. Born from organically farmed Arneis, Cortese, and Favorita, all typical ancient Piemonte varieties, which are directly pressed without being destemmed, and fermented spontaneously in steel tanks before aging no less than 9 months. It goes in the bottle with residual sugar in order for the second fermentation to take place, and bubbles to develop. It’s a radiant wine of infectious and vibrant vitality, sporting truly memorable drinkability. It sings with bright notes of chamomile, ripe citrus, honeysuckle, lavender, and yellow plum.
