Red Natural Wine Club

With each shipment, you will receive a customized selection of natural wines from different producers. All our wines are natural wines made by top-notch natural wine producers from all around the world. You will never receive the same wines month after month. Every month you will receive new natural wines to try.

We ship via London City Bonds (LCB). We try our best to ship out your order in 2-3 business days maximum. Shipping time, which is different from the time we need to prepare and ship out the order, can vary between 1-2 business days, depending on the final destination.

London City Bonds has its own flee of vans. They don't send us a tracking number. They are very efficient and generally speaking once a box leaves the warehouse, it will get delivered shortly. However, please make sure you enter the correct address and you ad a phone number in case LCB can't find your location.

You will be charged when you sign up and then you will be charged every month, on the same day you signed up. For example, if you sign up on May 4, you will get charged for your second shipment on June 4, if you choose a monthly delivery. If you choose a bimonthly or quarterly delivery, you will get charged accordingly – every two months, or every three months.

Please make sure someone is at the shipping address to sign for the package. If applicable, please consider delivering the package to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

If you miss a delivery and a package gets returned to us we have two options:

1) Reship the package right away: due to the very high cost of shipping and returns, we must charge a re-shipping fee to be determined based on package size and shipping destination.

2) Consolidate the returned package with your next order: this option is free of charge and it's the most popular option.
